IMPROVING HEALTH IN THE FAMILY

Ingredients:

60 grams of soy noodles
50 grams of bean sprouts
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Extra-virgin olive oil to taste
salt to taste

Preparation:
Put the water to warm up, when it boils add salt and noodles.

While the noodles are in the pot, peel the shrimp and place in a pan with a little oil and let them fry 3 minutes.
Add the carrots cut into julienne strips and bean sprouts and cook for about 3 minutes.

At this point, drain and add the rice noodles in the pan and stir, remove from heat and add the soy sauce.

P.S. You can also add the carrots and sprouts of zucchini also cut into julienne strips.

Nutrients:
Soy and its derivatives are an important and valuable source of plant protein content is 86% against a fat content of 0.7% thus an excellent food for those seeking a nutritionally balanced meal while maintaining the line.
